They work with artisinal suppliers and every inch of the building and menu have been painstakingly designed by the eponymous Sam who has truly poured his heart and soul into the establishment.  

This is a venue that laughs in the face of those who tell you business and friendship should be kept seperate and we are honoured to have them as partners and friends.
