Figure Libre Cabernet Franc 2023, Domaine Gayda, Languedoc

This has to be one of the most charming Cab Francs coming out of France and it really is a delicious glass of red.  Made by Domaine Gayda under the stewardship of Vincent (winemaker from the Loire), this is Cab Franc that's benefitted from a bit of sunshine.  It's ripe, fleshy and generous with soft tannins and waves of delicious black cherry and blackberry like fruit.  Completely moreish.
